About the Band

As a faculty member at the Belmont University School of Music, Todd London teaches applied percussion, ethnic percussion, commercial percussion seminars, and directs the Belmont World Percussion Ensemble. Todd holds the Master of Music degree from the University of Georgia at Athens with a major in Percussion Performance and a Bachelor of Music degree from Belmont University with a major in Commercial Music Performance. As a performer, Mr. London maintains a busy schedule and has most recently been performing with the Todd London Trio, Belmont Faculty Jazz Group, Coral Bay Steel Drum Band, Deep Grooves Steel Drum Band, The Anthony Belfiglio Trio, Matrix Percussion Trio, Nashville Praise Symphony, and Alabama Symphony.

Led by steel drummer/percussionist Todd London, the Coral Bay Steel Drum Band performs throughout the Mid-South, providing first-class entertainment for an incredible array of events including: private parties, corporate events, concerts, festivals, school programs, and recording projects. The beautiful island sounds of the Coral Bay Steel Drum Band will make your next event truly spectacular.

The music of Coral Bay encompasses a wide variety of tropical styles including calypso, soca, reggae, bossa nova, samba, merengue, and cha-cha. Also included in Coral Bay's extensive repertoire of music are a host of classic pop hits and many of Jimmy Buffett's most famous island tunes. The island music sound of the Coral Bay Steel Drum Band is a tastefully unique blend of musical styles that will captivate the listener with its lively rhythms and catchy melodies.
